A summer with Dr. Mohit Kumar Jolly's group, working on how one drug affects the spread of cancer. We folded blood vessel growth into tumor growth simulation alongside immune cell behavior.

I built partial differential equation simulation pipelines in Python and improved prediction accuracy by 23 percent over our baseline. We processed more than twenty thousand scientific datasets through validation frameworks for numerical analysis.

I picked up PDEs, ODEs, statistics, and linear algebra along the way, mostly because the work did not move without them.
